A 2-Day weekend session of expert-led prenatal classes, designed and taught by practicing Registered Nurses. Our comprehensive sessions cover everything from pregnancy and labor techniques to feeding your baby, newborn care, and postpartum support. Get ready to welcome your little one with confidence and knowledge, all in a supportive and engaging environment. * Please note that your enrolment includes both yourself and one additional support person. ** If the class you’re interested in is fully booked, email us to be added to the waitlist—we’ll let you know if a spot opens up! *** Our weekend classes include a one-hour lunch break and a few shorter breaks to give you time to recharge.
