You can expect to gain essential knowledge and skills related to pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood. Our classes cover a range of topics including prenatal care, labor and delivery, feeding including breatfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum wellness. You will also learn about the physical and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy, as well as techniques for relaxation, pain management, and coping with labor. Our experienced instructors will provide evidence-based information, practical tips, and support to help you feel prepared and empowered as you prepare for the arrival of your baby. Additionally, our classes create a supportive community where you can connect with other expectant parents, share experiences, and build confidence in your journey to welcoming a new baby.

Ideally, schedule your INITIAL class between weeks 25 and 32 of pregnancy to ensure completion before your due date. Starting too early might result in forgetting vital information, but beginning too late risks not finishing the course if your baby arrives earlier than expected.
