Our classes are curated for you by experts in the field, and taught by Registered Nurses with 30 years of combined experience in labour and delivery, maternity and newborn care.
Whether you aim for a low intervention birth, or you plan on an epidural as soon as possible, we aim to provide a well rounded birth prep course so that you are empowered to write your own birth story.
Once your little one has arrived, feel at-ease in tackling those diaper changes and anything else life has to throw at you. After attending our infant feeding and newborn classes, you will have the know-how to confidently care for your baby.

Hello Baby was born...
from the shared passion and expertise of Helen and Lori, two dedicated Registered Nurses with many years of experience working in labor, delivery, and postpartum care. Having worked on the front lines of maternity wards and having taught countless prenatal classes, we saw a need for high-quality, comprehensive prenatal education tailored to the real-world experiences of expecting parents.
As practicing labor and delivery nurses, we know firsthand what parents can expect and what they need to know for a confident and informed journey through pregnancy and childbirth. Our mission at Hello Baby is to provide this essential knowledge in a supportive and accessible way.
